So far the radios operate as advertised

So far the radios operate as advertised. Solid clear reception and talkback. We experimented in a place that is known for poor to almost no cell service. It is like a giant dead zone. The radios worked perfectly. I am thinking of expanding to include more family members. It is now a part of our redundancy with communication in times of need. So far they are really impressive and help with additional layer of safety.

Rapid Radios are easier to use than a cell phone. My husband has alzheimer and could no longer manage the cell phone. These radios are a life saver! They have given him a way to get in touch with me when I have to run an errand. Thank you!!

Very impressed, I tried them out, I was able to talk with one of my techs 3 hours away plenty of mountains and other towns in between,sounded like he was standing next to me. Definitely some dead zones, but very impressed.

Warranty Policy

We are located in West Michigan. The radios come with a 12 month parts warranty backed by our small business, and we offer customer service 7 days a week.If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just contact us. Someone from our Michigan Office will make things right.

Security

These are secure, encrypted communications with AES and end to end encryption standards with 256-bit encryption. The government can't even listen in - and NO data is stored anywhere, as it streams the audio and is encrypted. Only people in your group can hear anything, or you can talk in a 1 on 1 setting as well, or a group - either one. It's not public communications. They are not trackable and nothing is recorded or stored. We also have headsets, for privacy as well so no one else can hear your communications. Lastly, you can NOT be tracked with this device. We have IoT sim cards with ALL the major carriers which are 100% anonymous and not linked to you in any way. They are totally private - and encrypted too.
