Social Media Community Guidelines and Moderation Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Applies To: All users who visit, follow, comment on, or otherwise engage with Rapid Consulting, LLC’s social media pages and accounts on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Purpose and Scope
These Community Guidelines exist to foster a respectful, relevant, and welcoming environment on Rapid Consulting, LLC’s social media pages. By interacting with our pages, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, the applicable platform’s terms and policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access, including by hiding or deleting comments, limiting features, or blocking users, in accordance with this Policy.
Standards of Conduct
We welcome questions, feedback, and constructive dialogue. To protect our community and brand, the following conduct is not permitted and may result in content removal and/or account restrictions, up to and including blocking:

Spam and Excessive Repetition.
Content that is duplicative, irrelevant, or posted repeatedly in a manner that disrupts conversation or impedes others’ experience is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, posting the same or substantially similar comments, links, images, promotions, or messages across multiple posts or in rapid succession; mass tagging; or automated or bot-driven activity. -
Trolling and Inflammatory Conduct.
Content intended to provoke, antagonize, or derail discussion; off-topic or disruptive commentary; or inflammatory assertions is prohibited. This includes political, religious, or other ideologically charged content posted in a manner that is harassing, disruptive, or unrelated to the topic at hand, as well as personal attacks, baiting, doxxing, brigading, or dogpiling. -
Profanity and Offensive Language.
Use of profanity, vulgar or obscene language, slurs, or content that a reasonable person would consider demeaning, harassing, or otherwise offensive is prohibited. -
Harassment, Hate, and Threats.
Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens any person or group; incites violence; or expresses hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics is prohibited. -
Illegal, Unsafe, or Misleading Content.
Content that promotes illegal activity; encourages unsafe practices; contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims; or attempts to impersonate Rapid Consulting, LLC our employees, or other users is prohibited. -
Privacy and Intellectual Property Violations.
Content that exposes private or confidential information or infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited. -
Commercial Solicitations and Unapproved Promotions.
Unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, fundraising requests, giveaways, or promotions not authorized by Rapid Consulting, LLC are prohibited.
Moderation Measures
We may take one or more of the following actions at our discretion, without notice, to enforce these Guidelines:

Hide or delete posts, comments, or replies.

Limit or disable comments or other interactive features.

Temporarily or permanently block users.

Report content or users to the platform and/or relevant authorities where appropriate.

Preserve records of communications for compliance or legal purposes.
Enforcement decisions are made in good faith to maintain a constructive environment and may consider the totality of interactions, including prior violations, the severity of conduct, and context.
Reporting and Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your access restricted in error, you may contact us at info@rapidradios.com, providing: (a) your handle, (b) the platform, (c) the date and description of the content or action, and (d) a brief explanation. We will review appeals as resources permit. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or access.
No Duty to Monitor
While we may moderate our pages, we are not responsible for user-generated content and do not undertake an obligation to monitor all activity. User comments and posts reflect the views of the individual authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Rapid Consulting, LLC.
Platform Terms and Legal Compliance
All users must comply with the applicable platform’s terms, community standards, and policies, as well as all laws and regulations. Where this Policy conflicts with the platform’s terms, the platform’s terms control. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Privacy
Please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in public comments. Our use of personal information on our pages is subject to our Privacy Policy and the platform’s privacy terms.
Reservation of Rights
Rapid Consulting, LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply these Guidelines at its discretion, to update them at any time without prior notice, and to take any action it deems appropriate to maintain a safe, respectful, and relevant community.
